Dutch language support added

To support our home market we are proud to announce the availability of a Dutch version of ServerFloor at ServerFloor.nl. The English version is available at ServerFloor.com. You can easily switch between the two languages by clicking the flags in the top-right corner.

New Test: HTTP URL Checker

A new test has been added to the ServerFloor monitoring service: HTTP URL Checking. If you have an service check active on your webserver (http/80) you can let ServerFloor scan a webpage for a specified search string. If this search string is not found on the webpage (or the webpage could not be reached at all) the specified contact receives an alert immediately. This test is very useful to check the status of your website, database connection or detect defacements.

System Resources Checks

ServerFloor is currently offering local system checks allowing you to monitor and track disk space, memory and CPU resources as part of its beta program. By installing the ServerFloor Agent software (available for Linux, BSD and Windows systems) the status of your system resoureces is periodically monitored. By setting minimum tresholds in the control panel you will receive alerts when disk space is running out, free memory is limited or your CPU is too busy. Free ServerFloor Trial Accounts

For those who want to try before they buy, dotBlue is glad to announce the immediate availability of 30-day free trial ServerFloor accounts. For the duration of 30 days ServerFloor monitors one server and one domain, alerting you by e-mail if any problems are detected. Trial accounts receive full monitoring, alerting and reporting features as premium accounts. If you like ServerFloor's offering during the trial period you can easily switch to a premium account, allowing you to monitor more servers and domains, add more alert contacts and alerts sent to your mobile phone (SMS text messaging).
